* Up to $23.25 per hour Number includes base pay of $16.00 per hour plus an additional average tip of $7.25 per hour. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2025 reporting.
* Fast-paced, high-energy work . You'll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts-so take those breaks to recharge
* Crew-first mentality . We support each other, have everyone's back, and get the job done-together.
* Weather-ready . Be prepared for all conditions rain or shine-we've got Dutch gear to help
* Some heavy lifting . You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout).
* Reliability . You'll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
