Fort Mitchell, KY Paul Hemmer Company is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage multiple projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a self-motivated PM who can take ownership, work independently, and successfully manage a variety of commercial projects. Responsibilities
* Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
* Oversee projects generally ranging from $2M to $30M
* Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, documentation, and overall project performance
* Develop, maintain, and adjust construction schedules throughout the project
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
* Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout
* Monitor project costs, margins, schedule, quality, and overall financial performance
* Partner closely with the project superintendent to resolve field issues and keep work moving
* Visit active jobsites regularly and maintain strong communication with project teams
* Support preconstruction efforts as needed, including preliminary schedules, subcontractor input, and larger project pursuits
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners Qualifications
* 5+ years of commercial construction experience
* 2-3+ years of Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractor preferred
* Ground-up commercial construction and site work experience
* Ability to independently manage multiple projects
* Strong scheduling, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam experience preferred
* Design-build experience is a plus Why Paul Hemmer Company?
