Southern CT Hybrid Controller/Financial Reporting role Responsibilities Include:
* Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements for fund entities and management company in accordance with U.
S. GAAP
* Support quarterly NAV calculations and partner capital account allocations
* Assist with the preparation of quarterly investor reports, capital statements, and ad hoc LP requests
* Support the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and liaising with external auditors Preferred
Qualifications:
* 10-12+ years of fund accounting experience
* '40 Act experience a plus
* CPA preferred 48166
