What You'll Do
* Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site
* Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
* Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
* Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
* Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
* Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
* Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports What We're Looking For
* 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
* A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
* Someone who leads by doing—not just directing
* Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
