* Walk into a ready-made practice, no need for ramp-up time
* Convenience
- ENT clinic located above the surgery center and across from the hospital
* 6 outpatient surgery suites
* Solid referral base with over 100 employed physicians
* High earnings
- Most physicians are making in the 90% of MGMA Financial Package:

* $525,000 starting salary with additional RVU bonus
* $50,000 Signing Bonus
* Relocation Assistance
* Residency/Training Stipend
* Student Loan Assistance
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
