Description

The Change Management team within Citizens Wealth plays a critical role in understanding, planning, and implementing strategic initiatives. The Change Manager will collaborate with leaders from within Wealth Management, and cross-functionally with other business lines to implement assigned strategic initiatives. The person in this role is expected to provide thought leadership and expertise in change management routines and execution through a deep understanding of the Wealth Management business. Intellectual curiosity, combined with relationship-building and communication skills will be key to success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with and influence Wealth Management leaders and their teams to ensure proper change management routines are in place for successful execution of strategic priorities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at the most senior levels within the business
  • Provide project management support to assigned strategic initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations related to assigned initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

  • Wealth Management Broker Dealer experience required
  • 3-5 years Change Management experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in Wealth Management preferably in a strategy or program/project management role
  • Proven ability to effectively organize and execute a change agenda
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills – ability to communicate effectively 
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to interact, influence, and partner with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to diagnose problems, determine key findings and opportunities from data, analytics, and internal/external research, prioritize strategic solutions, and present clear and comprehensive recommendations to senior management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate high degree of confidentiality, adaptability, and latitude, responding efficiently to changing projects and dynamics
  • Have a continuous learning and innovation mindset 
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Bank a plus  
  • Education: bachelor’s degree required
