About the Role
 At Right at Home Morgantown, we're dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their homes, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as mobility, transfer, and ambulation.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the care team and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients safely and comfortably.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Additional Information:
