About the Role
The Pasta Cook plays a critical part in delivering the signature dishes that define Giuseppe & Sons. This position requires precision, consistency, and a deep respect for technique — from fresh dough production to flawless à la minute execution. You’ll work closely with BOH leadership to uphold the restaurant’s standards and contribute to a high‑energy, high‑volume culinary environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and cook fresh pasta dishes according to Giuseppe & Sons’ recipes and specifications
- Execute dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail during high‑volume services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout prep and service
- Assist with daily pasta production, including dough mixing, rolling, shaping, and storage
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure quality, timing, and presentation standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen protocols
- Support the team with additional prep tasks as needed to ensure smooth service
- Uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence, hospitality, and teamwork Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen; pasta experience strongly preferred
- Strong knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning
- Ability to take direction, communicate clearly, and work well within a team
