- Move chassis, trailers, and other equipment safely throughout the rail yard.
- Position equipment where directed and help keep traffic moving.
- Complete basic equipment checks and report damage or safety concerns.

- Guide spotter drivers and crane operators with clear signals and communications.
- Help position, secure, and prepare equipment for movement.
- Assist with safe loading and unloading and keep work areas clear.
- Follow rail yard safety procedures and report hazards or damaged equipment Crane Operators
- Operate crane to lift and move chassis, materials, and other equipment in the rail yard.
- Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow lift instructions, site procedures, and safe load limits.
- Coordinate with groundmen and other crew members during each lift. We are looking for reliable team players who take safety seriously and are ready to work in a fast-paced rail yard environment.
