We're a family-owned property management company that has been a part of the Ames communicty for almost 40 years, and we're looking for someone to run our office and accounts. If you like variety and don't rattle easily, this is your kind of job

- Answering phones and greeting tenants, applicants, owners and vendors
- Handling tenant questions and concerns with patience and follow-through
- Coordinating with our leasing agents on unit maintenance, showings, and general paperwork
- Keeping files, leases and records organized and up-to-date
- General office upkeep of supplie, mail, scheduling and keeping things running A good fit has:
- Office or bookkeeping experience, particularly but not necessarily in property management
- Patience, is consistently and genuinely patient with others
- Good organizational skills
- Experience with Appfolio, or similar property management softwares
- Clear and calm communication skills, especially through frustration
- Reliability and competance We are a small, tight-knit team that's been doing this a long time, and we take care of our people. If you want a job where you'll know your coworkers' names and where your work matters, we'd love to hear from you Pay: $16.00
