- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations and seat guests efficiently in a fine dining or nightclub atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such SQUARE ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining a pristine dining environment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, managing special requests, and ensuring guest relations are positive throughout their visit
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or plating when needed, demonstrating versatility in food industry tasks Skills
- Proven experience in food service roles such as server, host/host, or bartender within fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including SQUARE
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
- Solid understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. FOOD HANDLERS PERMIT REQUIRED.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen support tasks is a plus for versatility in fast-paced situations Whether you’re seasoned in the food industry or eager to grow your hospitality skills, this paid position offers valuable opportunities for development and fun Pay: $15.00
