Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor – Boxing & Kickboxing
We are looking for energetic, motivated, and personable Personal Trainers / Group Fitness Instructors to join our team. This position involves coaching high-energy boxing and kickboxing fitness classes, working with members of all fitness levels, and providing one-on-one personal training.
Boxing or kickboxing experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong fitness background, great energy, and the ability to confidently lead and motivate a group.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, high-energy boxing and kickboxing fitness classes
- Demonstrate proper exercise, boxing, and kickboxing techniques
- Coach and motivate members throughout workouts
- Provide modifications for different fitness and experience levels
- Conduct one-on-one and small-group personal training sessions
- Hold mitts/pads and work directly with members on technique
- Help members improve their fitness, strength, conditioning, and boxing/kickboxing skills
- Create a welcoming and encouraging environment for beginners
- Build relationships with members and help keep them engaged and accountable
- Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled classes and training sessions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment
- Assist with member engagement, events, and overall club culture when needed Qualifications
- Personal training, coaching, group fitness, or athletic experience preferred
- Boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, or other combat sports experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable speaking in front of and leading groups
- High-energy, positive, dependable, and professional
- Ability to motivate people with different fitness levels and goals
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn our boxing and kickboxing training system
- Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals Personal training or group fitness certifications are preferred but may not be required depending on experience. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate doesn't just know how to work out — they know how to coach people. We want someone with personality, energy, and the ability to make members feel welcomed while pushing them to improve. You do not have to be an experienced boxer or kickboxer to apply. If you're a strong trainer, athlete, or group fitness instructor who is coachable and willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
