- Jobs LA Squash Academy Seeks Full-Time Squash Coach October 2, 2026 LA Squash Academy Hiring – Olympic Sport, Olympic City The timing doesn’t get better than this LA Squash Academy is on a mission to build the squash community that Los Angeles deserves. With squash making its Olympic debut at the 2028 LA Games, we believe this is the most exciting time to be building the sport in our city. We are expanding to a new location with 6 brand new, world class international courts and are looking for a driven squash professional to grow with us. The Role We’re looking for a full-time squash coach who loves the game and loves to teach it just as much. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be a core part of a small, committed team shaping what squash looks like in LA for years to come. Key Responsibility
- Run private and group lessons for players ranging from total beginners to advanced competitors
- Design and run structured lesson plans and drills tailored to each player’s level Support junior development programs and seasonal camps
- Assist with tournament and event coordination Represent the academy at community events, demos, and partnerships to help grow the sport’s footprint in LA What We’re Looking For
- Playing experience at the junior, collegiate, or competitive club level
- Coaching experience is a plus; a genuine desire to develop players is essential Strong communicator, well organized and always on time
- Genuine passion for growing squash in a city where many people have never picked up a racquet, with the 2028 Olympics on the horizon Compensation
