Bookkeeper - Entrata

RemoteFull TimeAccounting & Finance ## What we are looking for We are seeking an Entrata Bookkeeper to join our team and assist with various bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our clients. ## Job duties
- Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Support client communication and inquiries under the guidance of senior bookkeepers
- Contribute to the month-end closing process and report generation
- Assist with new property set-ups, move-outs, owner draws, and management fees
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines ## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1 year of experience working with Entrata
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate accounting/finance, ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company
- Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate accounting field
- Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace) ## Location and schedule This is a virtual (remote), full-time role that demands availability between 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday for candidates based in the Philippines, Argentina, Mexico and/or Colombia. ## About REA At REA, we're a fast-growing, technology-driven accounting company dedicated exclusively to the real estate industry.
