Role Overview:
This position involves conducting statistical, economic, and financial analyses on various policy, regulatory, and business issues for diverse clients in both public and private sectors. It requires developing and applying complex algorithms, advancing models to simulate impacts, and manipulating large data sets to support insights. The role includes crafting clear reports and presentations accessible to non-specialists, ensuring professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative analyses to address economic, regulatory, and policy challenges.
- Develop computational tools and automate data processing tasks.
- Build and refine mathematical and economic models for impact simulations.
- Analyze large datasets, applying innovative problem-solving techniques.
- Write technical and non-technical reports and deliver insightful narratives for clients.
- Maintain a professional, respectful work environment with integrity and responsibility. Qualifications & Skills
- At least three years of experience in quantitative analysis or advisory projects.
- Master’s or higher degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, applied mathematics, or computer science; Bachelor's with relevant coursework acceptable.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as STATA, SAS, Python, SQL, or R.
- Experience managing large data sets, financial analysis, econometrics, and modeling.
- Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and LLM-based solutions.
- Strong creative thinking, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Authorized to work in the U.
S. without sponsorship.
