Bartender

Event Bartender True Growth Celebrations LLC is building a professional hospitality team to support private celebrations, corporate functions, weddings, banquets, catered events, and special events throughout the Houston area. We are seeking polished, dependable, guest-focused Event Bartenders who can deliver excellent beverage service while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and responsible alcohol-service standards. Pay: $17–$28 per hour, based on relevant experienceJob Type: Part-Time / Event-Based / On-CallLocation: Houston, TX and surrounding areas What You’ll Do
- Set up and break down portable and venue-based bar stations
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages
- Follow event menus, recipes, pouring standards, and client specifications
- Provide professional and engaging guest service
- Check identification and follow responsible alcohol-service practices
- Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and professional bar throughout each event
- Monitor ice, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and beverage inventory
- Assist with beverage station preparation and replenishment
- Communicate professionally with event captains, servers, culinary staff, and management
- Complete closing, cleanup, and inventory responsibilities when assigned
- Represent True Growth Celebrations professionally at every event What We’re Looking For Relevant experience may include:

- Mobile bartending Previous bartending experience is preferred, but candidates with strong beverage knowledge and transferable hospitality experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation Based on Experience Our $17–$28 hourly range allows us to recognize different levels of bartending experience, beverage knowledge, speed, professionalism, leadership ability, and event expertise. Candidates with strong experience in fine dining, luxury events, high-volume bartending, wine service, craft cocktails, banquet operations, or bar leadership may qualify toward the higher end of the range. Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of bartending or comparable beverage-service experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and basic beverage preparation
- Professional appearance and communication
- Strong guest-service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation to Houston-area event locations
- Availability for some evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events TABC Seller/Server Certification preferred. Texas Food Handler certification is a plus. Scheduling This is a part-time, event-based position. Hours and assignments vary according to scheduled events and client needs. Bartenders may have opportunities to accept assignments based on availability, qualifications, and event requirements.
