- Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, healthcare providers, and grassroots groups to enhance program reach and impact.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
- Conduct outreach activities through social media management, marketing campaigns, public speaking engagements, and community events to raise awareness about programs.
- Collect and analyze data related to program participation, outcomes, and community needs to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, and recognition initiatives to foster a motivated and engaged team.
- Facilitate community engagement sessions to gather feedback, promote inclusivity, and ensure programs meet the diverse needs of culturally varied populations.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by maintaining CPR certification among staff and volunteers while promoting overall health safety standards. Experience
- Proven experience in program development within public health or social services sectors.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams or volunteer groups in community settings.
- Strong background in community outreach, grassroots organizing, or youth program teaching.
- Excellent public speaking skills with experience engaging diverse audiences on sensitive topics such as addiction counseling or health education.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, data collection methods, and basic marketing strategies.
- Experience working with underserved communities or individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds is essential.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve multilingual populations.
- Knowledge of social work principles combined with organizational skills for administrative oversight.
- Technical proficiency in project management software and client communication tools is preferred.
- Valid CPR certification required; additional certifications related to public health or social services are advantageous.
