Route Runners Logistics is seeking reliable and motivated Cargo Van and Sprinter Van Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery team in Houston, TX. Houston, TX 77032 Warehouse Hours: Monday through Sunday Daily Arrival Time: 7:30 AM Schedule: Drivers create their own schedule based on their availability Pay: Weekly Vehicle: Cargo Van or Sprinter Van required Partners: Partners are permitted The full warehouse address will be provided to selected drivers upon hire. Compensation Drivers are paid weekly on a per-package basis. Compensation is determined by factors including:
- Package weight
- Package size
- Number of packages that can be loaded into your Cargo Van or Sprinter
- The applicable rate for each package
- $2.00 daily package insurance fee will be deducted from your pay Current package rates range from $1.80 to $8.00 per package, depending on the package category and applicable rate. Schedule & Availability The warehouse operates Monday through Sunday, allowing drivers flexibility to create a schedule that works with their availability. Drivers are responsible for selecting the days they are available to work and are expected to remain consistent with their selected schedule. Daily warehouse arrival time is 7:30 AM on scheduled workdays. Drivers must communicate any changes to their availability as early as possible. Vehicle & Equipment Requirements Drivers must provide their own vehicle.

- Route Runners Logistics does not provide vehicles
- No van rentals are provided
- No lease-to-own or vehicle lease options are currently available
- Drivers are responsible for providing and maintaining their own qualifying vehicle
- A dolly/hand truck is required
- Safety vest required
- Valid driver's license & insurance required (will be checked)
- Reliable smartphone required
- Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and transport packages Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 7:30 AM on scheduled workdays
- Load and organize packages efficiently
- Safely transport packages throughout the assigned delivery area
- Complete residential and commercial deliveries
- Follow assigned delivery instructions and procedures
- Use the designated delivery application
- Provide delivery confirmation and photos when required
- Handle packages carefully and professionally
- Communicate with management regarding delivery issues
- Properly return packages that cannot be delivered
- Maintain professional customer service throughout the route Partners Are Permitted Drivers may work with a partner, provided the arrangement is communicated to management and follows company requirements. Partners are expected to contribute to completing the route safely and efficiently. Training & Orientation New drivers will complete orientation and training before beginning regular route operations. Training will cover:
- Daily responsibilities
- Package handling
- Loading procedures
- Delivery process
- Route expectations
- Delivery application
- Company policies and procedures Depending on the timing of orientation and training, drivers may be able to begin deliveries the same day. Who We're Looking For We are looking for drivers who are:
