· Creating an environment of fun and excellence for our team members that our customers can see and feel
· Driving sales by ensuring correct stock levels, merchandising all products and working with our events manager to book parties, etc.
· Analyzing, planning and forecasting sales and cost effectiveness of labor and spending
· Directing the activities of the Shift Leaders and Scoopers to ensure a high level of cleanliness and food safety
Requirements:
- Valid NYC Food Handlers License.
- Enjoy interacting and communicating with people of all ages.
- Positive, patient, dependable, and punctual.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills verbally and via email
- Ability to inspire and teach new skills to employees.
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail food service environment.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
- Capable of bending, twisting, and lifting up to 30lbs unassisted
- Must be comfortable using Google docs and sheets to access information and familiar with a POS system such as Square or Toast
