Project Finance Associate / Manager
Houston, TX
Infrassocs is partnering with a well funded energy infrastructure developer to hire two project finance professionals at the Associate to Manager level.
The company
Our client develops large scale power infrastructure projects across the US. It has strong sponsor backing, an experienced leadership team and an advanced development portfolio. The first project financings are expected in the next 1 to 2 years.
The role
• Help structure and execute project financings for large, first of its kind infrastructure projects
• Build and own detailed financial models
• Work directly with the CFO and senior finance team on financing strategy
• Collaborate across development, engineering, regulatory, legal and commercial teams
• Take part in executive level discussions with management What they're looking for
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in project finance, from banking, private credit or a corporate role
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Energy or power experience
• Someone who can hit the ground running with little training Why join
• Work on deals with little precedent in the US
• Small, flat team with direct access to leadership
• Every level gets equity through a long term incentive plan, so you share in the upside as the first projects reach financing and construction.
