Role Overview The position involves leading technology due diligence, value creation, and integration initiatives for Private Equity clients.

Key responsibilities
include managing high-volume IT due diligence projects, utilizing AI tools to identify risks and opportunities, developing post-close optimization roadmaps, and overseeing IT integration and carve-out efforts. The role requires developing go-to-market strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and mentoring junior staff to foster expertise in technology value methodologies. The candidate acts as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle, promoting technology-driven growth and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum eight years in technology roles, preferably with leadership experience (CIO, CTO, VP-Engineering) within PE-backed or high-growth tech firms; consulting experience in PE sector is a plus.
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred) or a Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven success in leading high-impact IT projects, leveraging AI tools, and operating in fast-paced PE environments.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and AI/ML considerations.
- Strong relationship-building skills to develop strategies and drive business growth with PE deal teams and partners.
- Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.
S. without sponsorship. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to drive technology value in private equity investments.
