Vape shop Sales Associates/ Cashier

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vaping products that meet their preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about various vaping devices and e-liquids.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and managing product displays.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their shopping experience.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
