SyteLine CSI ERP Administrator

PeerSource is currently recruiting for a SyteLine CSI ERP Administrator on a Direct Hire basis for our client in Denver, CO. This role can be based remotely anywhere in the United States. Summary We are seeking a hands-on ERP Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize an Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine ERP environment. This individual contributor will be responsible for day-to-day system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, and user support while partnering with business and technical teams to improve ERP functionality and reliability. Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine ERP environment, ensuring system availability, stability, performance, and data integrity.
- Configure and maintain SyteLine functionality, security, user access, workflows, forms, reports, parameters, and other system settings based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot application, configuration, integration, and performance issues, performing root-cause analysis and coordinating resolution with internal teams and Infor support when necessary.
- Manage system updates, patches, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
- Support and maintain integrations and data exchanges between SyteLine and other enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
- Partner with users across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and other functions to understand requirements, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve ERP processes and functionality.
- Develop and maintain queries, reports, dashboards, forms, and other SyteLine customizations or enhancements as needed.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, change controls, and technical procedures while providing user support and knowledge transfer. Required Skills
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine, including experience with Mongoose, IDOs, security, forms, workflows, reporting, and system configuration.
- Working knowledge of SQL / SQL Server for querying, troubleshooting, reporting, and data analysis. Experience with C#/.
NET, SSRS, Application Event System, REST APIs, Infor OS, and/or ION is ideal.
- Strong knowledge of SyteLine administration, configuration, security, user management, workflows, forms, reporting, system parameters, and environment management.
- Experience troubleshooting SyteLine application and performance issues and supporting patches, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including the ability to query and troubleshoot ERP-related data; experience supporting system integrations and data interfaces.
- Understanding of ERP processes across areas such as manufacturing, planning/MRP, inventory, supply chain, order management, and finance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system configurations and enhancements while independently managing technical issues through resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with SyteLine customizations, reporting tools, APIs/integrations, Infor OS, ION, or other Infor technologies is preferred. H1 sponsorship is not available.
