Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape and Lawn Maintenance Laborer and/or Driver, where your energy and expertise will help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces In this role, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping, groundkeeping, and lawn care tasks, ensuring properties look their best year-round. Whether operating grounds maintenance equipment or assisting with planting and landscape installation, your contribution will be vital to delivering exceptional outdoor environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in outdoor work, landscaping, and equipment operation while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and power tools to perform lawn care, landscaping, and hardscape projects
- Assist with planting, pruning, tree care, and garden maintenance using hand tools and horticultural techniques
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members
- Drive company vehicles to transport crew members, tools, and materials to various job sites efficiently and safely

- Experience with landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and hardscape installation
- Strong outdoor work experience with an emphasis on safety protocol adherence
- Skilled in the use of hand tools for gardening, trimming, planting, and landscape adjustments
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively during projects
