- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of devices including mobile phones, tablets, and computers
- Provide technical support to customers both in person and over the phone
- Perform field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
- Utilize schematics and technical documentation to aid in repairs
- Use hand tools to disassemble and reassemble devices for repair
Skills:
- Proficiency in Android, Apple and Windows operating systems
- Strong ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Experience with analyzing hardware problems on mobile devices
- Familiarity with Mac OS is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
