Role Description The WFH Financial Services Trainee is a full-time role that involves learning and supporting core financial services activities for clients across the United States. On a daily basis, the trainee will assist in gathering client information, analyzing basic financial needs, and preparing recommendations under the guidance of licensed professionals. Responsibilities include participating in financial education sessions, supporting retirement and protection planning discussions, and helping maintain accurate client records and documentation. The role also involves regular communication with clients and team members, using digital tools to schedule meetings, follow up on inquiries, and support ongoing service. This position is based in the United States and requires the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work-from-home environment. • Foundational knowledge or strong interest in Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to learn industry concepts and regulations.
• Capability or desire to develop skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to support client needs and long-term goals.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening to understand client priorities.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools and office software, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client-centered service.
• Ability to complete any required licensing or certification exams within defined timelines (e.g., state insurance or securities licenses, where applicable).
• Prior customer service or client-facing experience is beneficial but not required.
• Diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is an asset, but diverse educational backgrounds are welcomed.
