About the Role
Aquapharm PChem, LLC is seeking an experienced Manager – Information Technology to lead and manage the company’s IT systems, infrastructure, security, and business applications in the United States. This is a standalone, hands-on IT leadership role with significant ownership across business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, user support, data, and digital enablement. The role will partner closely with the APChem leadership team and coordinate with Group IT in India to ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and business-aligned technology operations. The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of technical depth, business systems expertise, troubleshooting capability, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Business Systems & Digital Enablement
• Administer and optimize Salesforce, SAP, Datacor, and related ERP/CRM platforms.
• Manage system integrations across CRM, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, automation, and adoption of newer digital platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, master data governance, system availability, and appropriate user access. IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
• Manage network infrastructure, cloud services, servers, email, VPN, hardware, and end-user computing.
• Oversee cybersecurity, firewalls, backups, disaster recovery, and vulnerability management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and applicable data protection standards. IT Operations & User Support
• Serve as the primary IT contact for employees across the organization.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, connectivity, and business system issues.
• Manage IT vendors, licenses, service providers, and technology-related costs. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Enable dashboards and reporting solutions for Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and business visibility.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation. IT Governance & Leadership
• Establish and maintain IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and governance practices.
• Manage IT budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
• Develop scalable IT capabilities aligned with business growth.
• Partner with global and local stakeholders in a matrix environment. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of IT experience, preferably within specialty chemicals, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, Datacor, and related ERP/CRM platforms.
• Experience managing system integrations and data governance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of network, cloud, server, email, VPN, and end-user administration.
• Proven troubleshooting and IT service delivery capabilities.
• Experience developing or enabling dashboards and business reporting.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in vendor and third-party service provider management.
• Experience within manufacturing or specialty chemicals environments.
• Experience working in a global / matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder communication and business partnering skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead projects end-to-end.
