Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and manage residential installation work.
• Oversee and coordinate crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper coordination of materials and site readiness.
• Coordinate inspections and manage required documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep work on track.
• Partner with sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment and strong customer experiences.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills
• Proven leadership experience managing construction or installation crews.
• Strong understanding of roofing and/or exterior remodeling processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and on-site decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure safe, quality outcomes.
