• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and support measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with families, educators, and clinical teams Qualifications & Skills
• Board certification as a BCBA
• Strong assessment, data analysis, and behavior plan development skills
• Ability to supervise, train, and coach support staff
• Excellent collaboration and communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
