About The Role
We are seeking a talented Android Developer to join our innovative team at ReachMobi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale Android applications used by millions globally. You will be instrumental in developing new features, optimizing existing functionalities, and ensuring high performance and stability of our apps. As part of a small, agile team, you will contribute to shaping the future of our product suite by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers. Your work will directly impact user engagement, retention, and monetization strategies, making this a highly rewarding position for a developer passionate about mobile technology and user-centric design. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for creating high-quality Android applications. Required qualifications include: Proven experience developing Android applications using Kotlin in a production environment. Hands-on expertise with Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous programming to ensure smooth and responsive user experiences. Experience with Jetpack Compose for modern UI development and building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVVM or similar frameworks to maintain scalable and maintainable codebases. Comfort working in fast-paced, lean environments where innovation and rapid deployment are prioritized. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with experience designing engaging and accessible user interfaces. Experience working with third-party APIs, libraries, and data sources. Knowledge of Google Play Billing and experience in high-scale online advertising environments is a plus. Responsibilities As an Android Developer at ReachMobi, your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and implementing product-specific features to enhance app growth, user engagement, and monetization channels. Implementing MVP features and conducting A/B testing within tight timelines to evaluate user responses and optimize features accordingly. Maintaining and optimizing the Android Launcher project, ensuring compatibility with the latest Android system updates such as Android 10 and 11. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the core structure of our product suite, contributing ideas and solutions to meet business needs. Monitoring app analytics to identify areas for performance improvement and implementing necessary updates. Handling bug fixes to maintain a crash-free rate of 0.3% or better, ensuring a seamless user experience. Working with third-party data sources, libraries, and APIs to extend app functionalities. Estimating development timelines and contributing to the product roadmap to facilitate continuous growth and innovation.
