Key Responsibilities
• Allocate and reconcile trades across client accounts and external clearing relationships.
• Manage client positions, trade allocations, special offsets, and contract expirations.
• Serve as a primary liaison among clients, sales personnel, exchanges, clearinghouses, and third-party firms.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and operational exceptions.
• Support exchange and clearing-related reporting requirements.
• Maintain adherence to exchange, regulatory, and internal operational requirements.
• Develop, document, and enhance operational procedures and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and automation. Qualifications
• Experience in futures clearing, brokerage operations, or a related financial services environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of responsibilities and drive results.
• Strategic thinker capable of anticipating challenges and implementing effective solutions.
