Complete Description:
Looking for a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in an application that is recently developed and released to production should have experience with Copado.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain Flows, Apex classes and triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality in support of business requirements. 2. Apply a configuration-first approach — favor declarative solutions (Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets) before custom code, reserving Apex/LWC development for requirements that exceed configuration capabilities. 3. Use Copado CI/CD to manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines across Salesforce environments. 4. Write and maintain Apex unit tests (meeting org code-coverage requirements) and collaborate with the DevOps team to debug, triage, and remediate defects. 5. Contribute to and maintain technical documentation (design specs, deployment notes, release documentation). 6. Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for both defect remediation and new feature development. Required
Qualifications:
• Proven hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, Process Builder migration, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets).
• Production experience with Copado (or comparable Salesforce CI/CD tooling) for release management.
• Experience writing Apex unit tests and working within a DevOps-driven defect remediation process.
• Practical experience with Jira for agile story writing, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
• Strong written communication skills for technical documentation. Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder) or familiarity with recent Dreamforce product announcements.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience supporting government/public-sector Salesforce implementations. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Jira

- Required 3 Years Question 1 The selected candidate must be able to work from office 2 days a week. Will the selected incumbent be in office 2 days (Mondays and Thursdays)?
