What You'll do
Lead budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and financial analysis across multiple business entities. Provide the CEO and leadership team with clear financial reporting, insights, and recommendations. Oversee accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end close, with support from the Finance team. Manage consolidated financial reporting, cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital. Coordinate audits, tax filings, statutory reporting, and financial compliance across the U.
S., Canada, and India. Manage transfer pricing documentation and related-party compliance. Maintain effective financial controls, policies, and risk-management practices. Use technology and systems such as Zoho Books and QuickBooks to improve reporting, automation, and efficiency. Lead and develop the Finance team while supporting a collaborative, accountable environment. Partner with leadership on financial planning and opportunities to support continued business growth. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA/CA or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including finance leadership experience. Experience in a small-to-mid-sized company and a willingness to be both strategic and hands-on. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cash flow, and financial reporting. Experience with multi-entity and/or international financial operations. Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial controls, and compliance. Experience with transfer pricing and related-party transactions. Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, ERP, or similar financial systems. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Nice to have Experience supporting operations across the U.
S., Canada, and/or India. M&A experience. Experience implementing or improving financial systems, automation, and reporting.
