3–7 years Employment: Full-time About the Opportunity HireLogic is partnering with a profitable, fast-growing startup building an AI operating system for medical-legal casework. The platform helps independent physicians manage complex processes like workers’ compensation evaluations, reducing administrative work so doctors can focus on patients and grow their practices. The company reached $10M+ ARR in under 14 months and has approximately 30 employees, including an engineering team of around five. This is an opportunity to build production AI products with significant ownership—from agent logic and evaluation frameworks to the interfaces physicians and operations teams use every day. What You’ll Do
• Build and ship agentic workflows that automate complex casework
• Develop evaluation frameworks to assess whether AI outputs are reliable enough for production
• Improve how the platform ingests, indexes, and assembles medical records and case context
• Build interfaces and tools that bring AI into users’ daily workflows
• Own problems end-to-end, turning ambiguous needs into shipped solutions
• Help establish patterns and tooling for AI-native development
• Work directly with physicians, operations teams, and a hands-on co-founder/CTO What We’re Looking For
• 3–7 years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Experience building and shipping AI or agentic products in production
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI models and evaluation frameworks
• Ability to own development from agent logic through the user interface
• Strong judgment around correctness, reliability, and code quality
• Comfortable moving quickly without a detailed specification or constant direction
• Excited about a demanding startup environment with high ownership
