What You'll Do
• Lead capital projects through all project phases including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Drive project performance related to safety, scope, schedule, quality, and cost
• Support long-term capital planning and asset improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, and HSE teams 🔹 What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience managing capital projects in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, refining, energy, or similar process industries
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and contractor oversight experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and capital budgets ✅ PMP certification is a plus ✅ Less than 5% travel ✅ Located onsite in Clear Lake, TX If you're passionate about delivering impactful capital projects in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to connect.
