Key Responsibilities
• Manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare estimates, budgets, bids, and customer proposals.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and deadlines.
• Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships. Preferred Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of construction experience, with project management experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial construction, millwright work, machinery installation, steel erection, rigging, or electrical installation is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, prepare estimates, and manage project budgets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
