About The Role
The Manager, OEM Sales, is responsible for driving profitable growth within existing accounts while developing new business opportunities with targeted OEM, industrial, and specialized customers. This role manages a portfolio of large, complex, strategic accounts and is accountable for achieving annual sales revenue objectives exceeding $5 million. Preference will go to candidates in the midwestern, northeastern, or southeastern regions. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand existing business and secure new opportunities within targeted OEM, industrial, and specialized market segments.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales and profitability objectives of $5 million or more.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities that align with organizational growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers and stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customer requirements, including pricing, product availability, engineering support, product specifications, product configurations, quality assurance, warranty support, and application expertise.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to execute account growth strategies and resolve customer challenges.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for increased sales, market share, and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer account records within company systems.
• Ensure the timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Technical

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably in OEM, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth.
• Experience working with OEM customers and industrial distribution channels.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar sales portfolios and long-term strategic customer relationships.
• Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that drive measurable business results. Travel Up to 50%
