Service Drive Acquisition Specialist

Mac Haik Chevrolet, Houston’s #1 Chevrolet dealership by sales volume, is looking for an experienced automotive sales professional to join our team as a Service Drive Acquisition Specialist. Hundreds of customers visit our service drive every week, creating opportunities to help customers evaluate their current vehicle, explore trade-in options, and find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs. In this role, you will build relationships with service customers and turn those conversations into vehicle acquisition and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet service customers and build rapport while they wait for their vehicles
• Identify potential vehicle acquisition and trade-in opportunities, including customers with positive equity, high-mileage vehicles, significant upcoming repairs, or leases or financing terms nearing maturity
• Coordinate vehicle appraisals with our appraisal team and present purchase and trade-in opportunities
• Help customers explore new and pre-owned inventory that fits their needs and budget
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and schedule appointments
• Collaborate with service advisors, sales managers, and F&I to provide a smooth, pressure-free customer experience
• Follow up consistently and accurately track customer interactions in the CRM Qualifications
• Automotive sales experience required
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confidence approaching customers and starting conversations
• Strong follow-up habits and organizational skills
• Professional communication and presentation
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary + commission + bonus opportunities
• Earning potential: $57,000 – $124,000 per year
