Shift Leader Burger King | Curtis Hospitality Group The Opportunity Shift Leaders are responsible for leading the restaurant team during assigned shifts and making sure the restaurant is ready to deliver a great guest experience. You will coach team members, manage shift execution, solve problems in real time, and help protect sales, service, quality, and profitability.

What You'll Do
• Lead the team through the shift and assign people where they are needed most.
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean and welcoming environment.
• Coach team members in the moment and reinforce performance expectations.
• Execute Burger King operating standards and the shift plan.
• Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Follow cash-handling and security procedures.
• Support inventory management, product receiving, and restaurant readiness.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Complete required shift documentation and communicate important information to the management team.
• Support opening, closing, and other operational responsibilities as assigned. What Success Looks Like
• The shift runs smoothly, with the team positioned effectively.
• Guests receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Team members understand expectations and receive timely coaching.
• Cash, inventory, and other shift controls are handled accurately. What We're Looking For Required
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Dependability and willingness to lead by example.
• Commitment to guest service, safety, and operating standards. Preferred
• Previous restaurant, retail, or fast-paced service experience.
