Role Description The Window Cleaning Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Louisville, KY. This role involves cleaning interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial properties, including sills, tracks, screens, mirrors, skylights, and other fixtures as needed. Daily tasks include traveling to customer locations, setting up and safely using ladders and cleaning equipment, following established cleaning procedures, and ensuring each job meets company quality standards. The technician will interact with customers, provide friendly and professional service, address basic questions, and report job status or issues to the supervisor. The role also includes maintaining equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, and working both independently and as part of a small team. Qualifications
• Ability to safely use ladders, cleaning tools, and equipment, and to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, quality workmanship, and following service procedures.
• Good customer service and communication skills, with a professional, courteous manner at client sites.
• Reliability in attendance, time management, and completing assigned routes and jobs with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel locally between job sites.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights up to three stories.
• Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is helpful but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies, and to work effectively as part of a team.
