Downtown Houston, TX | Hybrid (Monday–Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote) Contract: 12 Months | 1099 Independent Contractor Pay Rate: $104–$108/hour ElevationHR is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Analyst for a 12-month consulting engagement with an established enterprise organization in Downtown Houston. This opportunity is designed for a senior SAP functional professional with extensive experience in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance (PM), hands-on configuration, enterprise implementations, and complex business process integration. The ideal candidate brings both technical functional expertise and the ability to advise business stakeholders throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, customize, and support SAP EAM/PM functional solutions aligned with enterprise business requirements.
• Lead functional activities across requirements gathering, process workshops, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, solution design, and testing.
• Support greenfield and brownfield SAP implementations, including data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Develop functional specifications, systems design documentation, and process recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP architects, technical teams, vendors, and project managers.
• Support integration with SAP CRM, MM, FI, and third-party applications.
• Advise on business-IT roadmaps, implementation risks, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals.
• Provide functional training, end-user support, and mentorship when required. Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and managing enterprise asset management systems.
• Demonstrated hands-on SAP EAM functional configuration and solution design experience.
• Working knowledge and experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Service Management (SM), and Project System (PS).
• Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP greenfield and/or brownfield implementations.
• Experience converting mergers or acquisitions onto existing enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with SAP module integration, requirements analysis, functional documentation, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and independent consulting skills. Engagement Details
• Downtown Houston hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday; remote Friday.
• Houston-area candidates preferred; no relocation assistance provided.
• 12-month 1099 independent contractor engagement through ElevationHR.
• $104–$108/hour.
• Direct independent contractors preferred; no third-party C2C. Candidates operating through their own LLC may be considered.
