About the Role
Manhattan Promotions is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team in New York City. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing communication skills, and gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and marketing. No previous experience is required — we provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service through professional, face-to-face interactions.
• Represent partner brands and communicate product and service information.
• Build positive relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support daily team operations and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
