DESCRIPTION The Connector/Host/Hostess is the primary face and voice of the store, serving as the first point of contact for every visitor and VIP client entering the boutique. Blending high-end front desk hospitality with direct commercial engagement, this role ensures an extraordinary, personalized welcome, seamlessly introducing clients to the Golden Goose universe, co-creation experiences, and store activations. The Connector/Host/Hostess actively contributes to sales conversion, supports back-office and administrative store routines, and provides operational assistance for in-store workshops and external partnership events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* 1. Front Desk Hospitality, Direct Sales & Commercial Targets
• Direct Sales & Target Achievement: Actively participate in direct selling on the shop floor, assist clients during their shopping journey, introduce product categories, and directly contribute to the achievement of the store's overall sales targets, KPIs, and commercial goals.
• On-Site Representation & Promotion: On-site representation, sales, and workshop promotion.
• Client Reception & Brand

Offer a warm, authentic welcome to all clients and visitors, embodying the brand’s heritage and luxury standards, making everyone feel part of the Global Golden Community.
• Clienteling & App Registration: Drive database development by ensuring every client is properly registered on the Golden App, supporting customer profiling, segmentation, and CRM engagement.
• Floor Flow Management: Guide foot traffic efficiently across different store touchpoints,
• seamlessly introducing clients to Dream Makers, Sneaker Makers, and floor staff for co-creation or specialized consultations. 2. External Partnerships & Workshop Support (Non-Managerial Role)
• Partner Event & Activation Support: Provide hospitality and operational front-desk support during external partner collaborations, local PR activations, and in-store events.
• Workshop Operational Support: Assist in managing guest arrivals, attendance registration, and welcoming participants for all scheduled workshops and creative sessions, supporting event logistics without participating directly in the active execution/conduction of the workshops. 3. Store Administration & Back-Office Support
• Front-Office & Guest Management: Manage guest registration, coordinate VIP arrivals, conduct store tours, and share storytelling about flagship space concepts and upcoming calendar activities.
• Store Logistics & Back-Office Tasks: Support store management with BOH administrative routines, including meeting/appointment scheduling, managing local courier shipments, collecting signatures, and ordering store stationery or hospitality supplies.
• Staff Onboarding & Uniform Management: Assist in welcoming new store team members during their onboarding and uniform allocation/returns management.
• Facility & Maintenance Support: Monitor reception, lounge, and entrance areas to ensure they are impeccably clean, well-organized, and aligned with luxury brand presentation standards, reporting maintenance needs directly to store management. QUALIFICATIONS
• Hospitality & Customer Service: Proven experience in front desk, guest relations, concierge, or luxury retail reception.
• Direct Selling & Floor Guidance: Capability to initiate sales conversations, introduce product categories, and drive app registrations.
• Digital & CRM Systems: Proficiency in store apps and retail databases.
• Back-Office Administration: Experience handling local shipping logistics, stationery reordering, and guest registration lists.
• Exceptional Hospitality: Warm, articulate, and highly polished interpersonal style with authentic empathy.
• Commercial Drive: Customer-centric attitude focused on boosting conversion and enhancing brand loyalty.
• Multitasking & Organization: Ability to manage client reception, appointment schedules, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive & Adaptable Mindset: Flexible approach to taking on new store responsibilities and assisting floor teams.
• Brand Advocacy: Enthusiastic representative of company heritage, culture, and luxury standards. KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Fluency in local language. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce;
• Preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer facing role;
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques;
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to monitor, catch and understand the most relevant industry trends and good understanding of local market (online and offline);
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers;
• Strong team player;
• Availability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed;
