Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an ABA Behavioral Therapist at MantraCare. The therapist will provide behavior-based interventions to children and other clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, primarily via virtual sessions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavior support strategies, and monitoring progress through data collection and analysis. The role involves collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members, offering coaching and training to families, and documenting all sessions and outcomes in accordance with clinical and organizational standards. The therapist will also participate in case reviews, adapt interventions based on client response, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive care environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should have knowledge in Psychology and Working With Children, particularly in developmental, behavioral, or neurodivergent populations.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients and families remotely.
• Relevant certifications such as BCBA, BCaBA, RBT, or equivalent training in ABA are highly beneficial.
• Experience delivering telehealth or remote behavioral services and comfort with digital platforms and electronic health records is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part-time schedule, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
