Open Role: Unpaid Internship Electro develops functional electrolyte gum for athletes who train hard and need to stay sharp. We are one of the most active NIL brands in college sports, with partners ranging from Division I programs to professional teams. This is an unpaid internship opportunity. The intern will help scale our college athlete outreach by managing athlete communications, tracking interactions in our CRM, and representing the brand with our partner community. Primary Responsibilities
• Support NIL agreements from initial outreach to signed partnership.
• Identify college athletes on Instagram who align with the brand and add them to our pipeline.
• Identify strong athlete content for potential use on Electro's channels.
• Send personalized messages and emails to NIL athletes about partnership opportunities.
• Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences. Professional Development
• Experience in NIL marketing, athlete relations, and social media.
• Networking opportunities with college and professional athletes.
• Direct exposure to how NIL agreements are developed and finalized. Qualifications
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
• Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided).
• Clear, professional, and personable writing style.
