Job Title: Senior Guidewire Technical Lead / Lead Developer ROLE_DESCRIPTION "We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Technical Lead Developer with extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC) implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, solution design, architecture guidance, and hands-on development support for enterprise-scale Guidewire transformation programs. This role requires deep expertise in Guidewire application architecture, integrations, configuration, cloud modernization, and Agile delivery methodologies. The Technical Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing insurance solutions." SKILLS_REQUIRED "Technical Leadership Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Define technical architecture, development standards, coding best practices, and design patterns. Provide technical mentoring and guidance to development teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards. Drive solution design discussions and technical decision-making. Guidewire Development Develop and configure Guidewire applications using: Gosu Guidewire APIs PCF Configuration Business Rules Workflows Product Model Data Model Extensions Batch Processes Integration Frameworks Design and develop custom extensions and enhancements. Configure underwriting, policy lifecycle, billing, and claims workflows. Guidewire Product Expertise Guidewire PolicyCenter Product Modeling Underwriting Rules Rating Integration Policy Issuance Endorsements Renewals Cancellations Producer Management Guidewire BillingCenter Billing Plans Payment Processing Invoicing Collections Delinquency Management Commission Management Refund Processing Guidewire ClaimCenter FNOL (First Notice of Loss) Claim Lifecycle Management Reserves and Recoveries Payments and Settlements Subrogation Fraud Detection Integrations Claims Workflow Automation Integration & Cloud Engineering Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations between Guidewire and enterprise platforms. Lead integration efforts with: Policy Administration Systems Payment Gateways CRM Systems Document Management Systems Data Lakes and Reporting Platforms Third-Party Insurance Vendors Develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot. Support Guidewire Cloud implementations and migrations. Build secure API integrations and event-driven architectures. Delivery & Project Leadership Estimate development effort and support release planning. Coordinate onshore/offshore development teams. Track technical risks, issues, and dependencies. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, architecture reviews, and release planning. Drive successful delivery of Guidewire implementation and modernization projects. Quality & DevOps Define CI/CD best practices for Guidewire deployments. Improve test automation coverage and code quality. Support environment management, performance tuning, and production deployments. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis."
