Program Manager

Biometrics4ALL is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. Biometrics4ALL provides secure, streamlined fingerprinting and biometric background-check solutions for schools, universities, volunteers, and law-enforcement agencies. Our mission is to keep our communities safe with exceptional biometric background-check technology. This role is based in Austin, Texas. Role Overview Our Program Managers lead implementations for enterprise clients and stay on as the client's primary point of contact for the long term. The work touches nearly every part of our company, with two core parts:
• Implementation: You will build and run the integrated program plan for each new client, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and the critical path to go-live. You'll keep Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support working to the same timeline, translate client requirements into clear priorities, and make sure staffing, service locations, and support are in place before volume arrives.
• Account Management: After launch, you will lead the account day-to-day. That includes service level and performance reporting, regular business reviews with client leadership, contract compliance and deliverables, amendments, renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand the services we provide. You'll spend time with clients in person so you understand how their programs run on the ground and can fix problems where they happen. Qualifications
• 6-10 years in program management, project management, or account management, including leading at least one large, multi-stakeholder implementation from kickoff through go-live.
• Experience working with software or technology teams on implementation, integration, or product delivery.
• Experience managing a government or public-sector contract, ideally in law enforcement, public safety, or criminal justice.
• A track record of owning long-term client relationships, including performance reporting, business reviews, and renewals.
• Comfort discussing software releases, integrations, and data flows, and the ability to translate between engineers and non-technical client staff.
• Fluent, practical use of AI tools and project management software.
• Based in the Austin, TX area and able to travel as needed.

- $95,000 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
