- Founding GTM Engineer, the company's first GTM engineering hire
- $175K–$225K plus equity
- Full-time, on-site 5 days a week in Dumbo, Brooklyn
- The company went from $0 to a multi-eight-figure run rate in months and is adding about 6 sales reps
- You'd own outbound infrastructure, enrichment pipelines, CRM integrations, and live reporting, working directly with leadership
- Stack: Clay, Attio, SQL, Python, LLM APIs, Cursor, Claude Code REQUIREMENTS
- 1–5 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, or growth engineering
- Personally built enrichment pipelines and outbound infrastructure for a sales team
- Daily user of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to ship automations
- Python and SQL
- Able to work in person 5 days a week in Brooklyn
