Wedding Planner & Event Coordinator Ashley Lynn Events | Rhode Island Join our growing team Ashley Lynn Events is looking for a hardworking, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our wedding planning team We love creating beautiful, seamless, and memorable wedding experiences for our couples, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for the wedding industry. We're seeking a natural people person who enjoys working with others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. The right candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to being a supportive and positive team member. Responsibilities
• Assist with wedding planning, organization, and coordination leading up to the wedding day.
• Help manage timelines, vendor communication, and event logistics.
• Assist with wedding-day setup, coordination, and execution at venues throughout Rhode Island.
• Help ensure each wedding runs smoothly while providing an exceptional experience for our couples and their guests.
• Work collaboratively with the planning team and assist wherever needed. What We're Looking For

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A genuine passion for weddings, events, and creating memorable experiences.
• A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
• Someone who is eager to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities.
• Flexibility and the ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous wedding or event experience is a must. Schedule & Availability
• Weekend availability is a must, especially during wedding season.
• Some weekday availability is required for planning tasks, meetings, and event-related responsibilities.
• Must be able to travel to wedding venues and events throughout Rhode Island.
