Job Summary: A production-focused position responsible for completing exterior home repairs sold by Repair Experts on products including, but not limited to: roofing, siding, gutters, trim, doors, and windows. The Repair Technician executes high-quality repairs efficiently and consistently while supporting overall team productivity; maintaining strong communication with customers and internal team members; and contributing to a positive customer experience. This role plays a critical part in maximizing the company's capacity by allowing Master Repair Experts (Tech 4) to focus on diagnosing issues, selling repairs, and generating Sales leads. This is an entry-level position with a strong focus on developing into a Repair Expert if and when desired. Essential Job
Responsibilities:
• Complete exterior home repairs as scoped and sold by Repair Experts
• Review work orders and job scopes to ensure clear understanding before execution
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding job progress and expectations
• Deliver high-quality workmanship across all scopes of work
• Maintain job efficiency and productivity to meet daily and monthly production targets
• Identify and communicate any additional repair needs or discrepancies in scope
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Collect and submit job documentation, including payment, photos, forms, and notes
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring regular and timely maintenance
• Maintain professional appearance and reliability
• Deliver the highest level of excellence in customer service
• Manage daily schedule with direction from Repair Coordinators and management
• Maintain an active role in advancing product knowledge and best practices across all scopes of work
• Engage in development of sales and customer service skill set Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday
- Friday; occasional weekend and on-call hours required Pay: Hourly rate of $25-$28 an hour with the potential of a monthly incentive #PJREPAIR Requirements Physical
Requirements:
• Lifting and carrying equipment and materials of up to 100 lbs
• Operating power tools and hand tools
• Operating a brake
• Climbing ladders
• Walking and working on elevated and uneven surfaces (roofs)
• Working long hours exposed to the elements
• Frequent standing, sitting, crawling, bending, lifting, carrying, walking, kneeling, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling, etc. in awkward positions Performance
